M\u016f\u017eete si o n\u011bm p\u0159e\u010d\u00edst <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pacellico.com\/why-goals-are-for-losers-and-what-that-means-for-your-supply-chain-part-1\/\">zde,<\/a> ale hlavn\u00ed poznatky jsou, \u017ee c\u00edle jsou \u010dasto nepopul\u00e1rn\u00ed, proto\u017ee lid\u00e9 nebo t\u00fdmy, kter\u00e9 je &#8222;vlastn\u00ed&#8220;, \u010dasto nejsou t\u011bmi, kdo je vymysleli, i kdy\u017e to tak vypad\u00e1. A skute\u010dn\u011b v\u00e1s dostanou tam, kam pot\u0159ebujete, i kdy\u017e v\u00e1m ne\u0159eknou, kde to je.    <\/p>\n<h2>Nejm\u00e9n\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky: &#8222;kde, kdy, co&#8220;<\/h2>\n<p>Na c\u00edlech je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b mnoho dobr\u00e9ho. C\u00edle skv\u011ble \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed dodavatelsk\u00e9mu \u0159et\u011bzci, &#8222;kam&#8220; m\u00e1 sm\u011b\u0159ovat. C\u00edle ud\u00e1vaj\u00ed sm\u011br t\u00edm, \u017ee se zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed na to, &#8222;co&#8220; je nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed - nap\u0159\u00edklad rychlost, n\u00e1klady nebo konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edk. Odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed tak\u00e9 na ot\u00e1zku &#8222;kam&#8220; by se m\u011bla spole\u010dnost zam\u011b\u0159it - stanoven\u00edm priorit kolem v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdch oblast\u00ed. To v\u0161echno jsou dobr\u00e9 v\u011bci, ale jak jsme tvrdili v 1. \u010d\u00e1sti, jedn\u00e1 se o rozhodnut\u00ed shora dol\u016f, kter\u00e1 se kask\u00e1dovit\u011b p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed na zbytek dodavatelsk\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce, a jako takov\u00e1 jsou pouh\u00fdmi s\u00e1zkami na st\u016fl a \u010dasto nesta\u010d\u00ed k tomu, aby se dodavatelsk\u00fd \u0159et\u011bzec spole\u010dnosti odli\u0161il v ka\u017edodenn\u00edm provozu.    <\/p>\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo n\u011bkdy musel vytvo\u0159it c\u00edl SMART, tak\u00e9 v\u00ed, \u017ee je k n\u011bmu v\u017edy p\u0159ipojeno &#8222;kdy&#8220;. To je sice v z\u00e1sad\u011b dobr\u00e1 v\u011bc, ale m\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 problematick\u00e9, jak dob\u0159e v\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo za\u017eil stinn\u00e9 str\u00e1nky \u010dtvrtletn\u00edho vykazov\u00e1n\u00ed zisk\u016f Wall Street. <\/p>\n<h2>D\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ot\u00e1zky: &#8222;Pro\u010d, kdo a jak?&#8220;<\/h2>\n<p>Jednou z nejvlivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch knih sv\u00e9 doby je kniha Viktora Frankla &#8222;\u010clov\u011bk hled\u00e1 smysl&#8220;, kde popisuje svou metodu, jak p\u0159e\u017e\u00edt a prosp\u00edvat v nacistick\u00e9m koncentra\u010dn\u00edm t\u00e1bo\u0159e, a to pomoc\u00ed identifikace a vizualizace vlastn\u00edho c\u00edle a vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00edch pozitivn\u00edch pocit\u016f. Smysluplnost, zn\u00e1m\u00e1 tak\u00e9 jako &#8222;hled\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00e9ho &#8222;pro\u010d&#8220;, je ve sv\u011bt\u011b podnik\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1sadn\u00ed. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/people-and-organizational-performance\/our-insights\/the-organization-blog\/making-work-meaningful-from-the-c-suite-to-the-frontline\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Studie ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee<\/a> pokud zam\u011bstnanci pova\u017euj\u00ed svou pr\u00e1ci za smysluplnou, jejich v\u00fdkon se zlep\u0161\u00ed o 33 %, jsou o 75 % v\u00edce odd\u00e1ni sv\u00e9 organizaci a o 49 % m\u00e9n\u011b \u010dasto odch\u00e1zej\u00ed. V posledn\u00edch 30 letech nav\u00edc zam\u011bstnanci ozna\u010dili smysluplnou pr\u00e1ci za nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed aspekt zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed - p\u0159ed p\u0159\u00edjmem, jistotou zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed a po\u010dtem odpracovan\u00fdch hodin. <\/p>\n<p>Jak se to prom\u00edt\u00e1 do dodavatelsk\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce? Vzpome\u0148te si na mantru dodavatelsk\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce Amazonu: &#8222;V\u0161e v Amazonu za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 u z\u00e1kazn\u00edka a od n\u011bj se vrac\u00edme zp\u011bt.&#8220; T\u00edm, \u017ee se do organizace vnesla posedlost z\u00e1kazn\u00edkem, se z n\u00ed stal jeden z nej\u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011bj\u0161\u00edch dodavatelsk\u00fdch \u0159et\u011bzc\u016f v\u0161ech dob.  <\/p>\n<p><em>Syst\u00e9m dodavatelsk\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce mus\u00ed b\u00fdt srozumiteln\u00fd - mus\u00ed odpov\u00eddat na ot\u00e1zku &#8222;pro\u010d&#8220;. Lid\u00e9 jsou prvn\u00edm prvkem ka\u017ed\u00e9ho dodavatelsk\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce a \u00fasp\u011bch dodavatelsk\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v tom, \u017ee lid\u00e9 ch\u00e1pou jeho \u00fa\u010del v kontextu cel\u00e9 organizace, nap\u0159\u00edklad dokonalost pln\u011bn\u00ed dodavatelsk\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce Amazonu v kontextu posedlosti z\u00e1kazn\u00edky. <\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Zkuste jezdit na kole s \u0159\u00edd\u00edtky, kter\u00e1 se neh\u00fdbou.<\/h2>\n<p>P\u0159edstavte si j\u00edzdu na takov\u00e9m kole. Nebyli byste schopni ujet v\u00edce ne\u017e dva metry, ani\u017e byste spadli. Je to proto, \u017ee k vytvo\u0159en\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hy, hybnosti a rychlosti je zapot\u0159eb\u00ed tis\u00edce mikro\u00faprav, aby kolo fungovalo. Stejn\u00e9 je to s lidmi a organizac\u00ed dodavatelsk\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce.   <\/p>\n<p>Ot\u00e1zka &#8222;kdo&#8220; n\u011bco d\u011bl\u00e1, je tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e &#8222;co&#8220; se d\u011bl\u00e1, &#8222;kde&#8220; se soust\u0159ed\u00ed a &#8222;kdy&#8220; to m\u00e1 b\u00fdt. Je to paradoxn\u00ed, proto\u017ee n\u00e1s u\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee vlastn\u00edkem t\u011bch v\u011bc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se sna\u017e\u00edme v organizaci dodavatelsk\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce ud\u011blat, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt jedna osoba. A\u0165 u\u017e se jedn\u00e1 o glob\u00e1ln\u00ed iniciativu, projekt nebo jednoduch\u00fd \u00fakol, m\u00edt &#8222;jednoho vlastn\u00edka&#8220; je firemn\u00ed mantrou. Ale v t\u00fdmov\u00e9m kontextu, jako je organizace dodavatelsk\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce, to nikdy nen\u00ed jen jedna osoba, kter\u00e1 n\u011bco d\u011bl\u00e1. Proto p\u0159\u00edstup, kter\u00fd je p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 zam\u011b\u0159en na c\u00edle a p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 se spol\u00e9h\u00e1 na jednotliv\u00e1 m\u00edsta odpov\u011bdnosti nam\u00edsto t\u00fdmov\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt receptem na ne\u00fasp\u011bch, proto\u017ee ve\u0161ker\u00fd tlak, vina nebo z\u00e1sluhy jdou za jednou osobou.    <\/p>\n<p>Lep\u0161\u00edm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm je syst\u00e9m smy\u010dek zp\u011btn\u00e9 vazby, kter\u00e9 jsou velmi kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 a opakuj\u00edc\u00ed se a umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed korigovat pr\u016fb\u011bh ud\u00e1lost\u00ed - ne z t\u00fddne na t\u00fdden, ale z hodiny na hodinu. Nejde jen o ka\u017edodenn\u00ed porady nebo nejlep\u0161\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1stroje, ale o to, jak jsou tyto v\u011bci uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1ny, aby vytv\u00e1\u0159ely komunikaci a zp\u011btnou vazbu pro jednotlivce a t\u00fdmy. <\/p>\n<p><em>Syst\u00e9m dodavatelsk\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce mus\u00ed b\u00fdt iterativn\u00ed - odpov\u00eddat na ot\u00e1zku &#8222;kdo&#8220;. Syst\u00e9m dodavatelsk\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce s dob\u0159e strukturovan\u00fdmi a kr\u00e1tk\u00fdmi smy\u010dkami zp\u011btn\u00e9 vazby umo\u017e\u0148uje jednotlivc\u016fm a t\u00fdm\u016fm korigovat pr\u016fb\u011bh v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u010dase a vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed tak dodavatelsk\u00fd \u0159et\u011bzec, kter\u00fd se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed s\u00e1m. <\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e m\u00e1 organizace jasn\u00fd c\u00edl, tj. &#8222;pro\u010d&#8220;, a ka\u017ed\u00fd v\u00ed, &#8222;kdo&#8220; je zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd za ka\u017ed\u00fd \u00fakol, projekt nebo proces, ani\u017e by mu to n\u011bkdo \u0159\u00edkal - ot\u00e1zka &#8222;co&#8220; je t\u0159eba ud\u011blat, je zodpov\u011bzena automaticky, \u010d\u00edm\u017e odpad\u00e1 pot\u0159eba spousty c\u00edl\u016f, kter\u00e9 mohou, ale nemus\u00ed d\u00e1vat smysl a pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b jsou stejn\u011b c\u00edli n\u011bkoho jin\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n<h2>Umyjte se. Opl\u00e1chn\u011bte. Opakujte.  <\/h2>\n<p>Abyste \u010dehokoli a kdekoli dos\u00e1hli, je nutn\u00e9, aby jednotlivec nebo t\u00fdm v\u011bd\u011bl, &#8222;jak&#8220; to m\u00e1 ud\u011blat. Jedn\u00edm z nejhor\u0161\u00edch n\u00e1vyk\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsem v syst\u00e9mech dodavatelsk\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce za\u017eil, je znovu vynal\u00e9zat kolo. V\u0161ichni si cen\u00edme kreativity, ale vytvo\u0159en\u00ed spole\u010dn\u00e9ho &#8222;zp\u016fsobu pr\u00e1ce&#8220; je nezbytn\u00e9 pro vytvo\u0159en\u00ed standard\u016f a konzistence. Lid\u00e9 si \u010dasto pletou my\u0161lenku standard\u016f s &#8222;jednou velikost\u00ed pro v\u0161echny&#8220; a pocitem rigidity. Opak je pravdou. Bez hranic se lid\u00e9 ztr\u00e1cej\u00ed v oce\u00e1nu nekone\u010dn\u00fdch mo\u017enost\u00ed. Av\u0161ak s pokyny a strukturovan\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edstupy, kter\u00e9 zu\u017euj\u00ed rozsah mo\u017enost\u00ed, se v\u011bci najednou st\u00e1vaj\u00ed zvl\u00e1dnuteln\u00fdmi, co\u017e uvol\u0148uje individu\u00e1ln\u00ed i t\u00fdmovou kreativitu.      <\/p>\n<p><em>Syst\u00e9m dodavatelsk\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce mus\u00ed b\u00fdt opakovateln\u00fd - odpov\u011b\u010f na ot\u00e1zku &#8222;jak&#8220;. To vy\u017eaduje jasn\u00e9 procesy na v\u0161ech \u00farovn\u00edch. Po\u010d\u00ednaje standardn\u00ed definic\u00ed procesu od konce ke konci a kon\u010de definic\u00ed jedin\u00e9ho zp\u016fsobu prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed podrobn\u00fdch krok\u016f na prodejn\u00ed plo\u0161e a ve skladu. Standardy p\u0159itom nejsou pravidla, poskytuj\u00ed vod\u00edtko, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed volnost a kreativitu.   <\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Sport a filozofie - metafora dodavatelsk\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce<\/h2>\n<p>Jednou z m\u00fdch nejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00edch knih o podnik\u00e1n\u00ed je kniha kultovn\u00edho tren\u00e9ra fotbalov\u00e9 NFL Billa Walshe <em>Sk\u00f3re se o sebe postar\u00e1 samo<\/em>. Poselstv\u00ed t\u00e9to knihy je jednoduch\u00e9, i kdy\u017e ne snadn\u00e9. Syst\u00e9my jsou lep\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e c\u00edle, proto\u017ee mnoho v\u011bc\u00ed nem\u016f\u017eete ovlivnit.
