Kateřina has over 15 years of experience in IT Asset Management within international corporate environments, with a strong focus on data quality, reporting, and process optimization.

During her career at IBM and Kyndryl, she built a solid foundation in data quality management, reporting, and process optimization. She worked extensively with large and complex datasets, focusing on data consistency, transformation, and reporting automation across multiple enterprise systems.

Since joining Pacellico, she has focused primarily on supply chain analytics and business intelligence development. She has been involved in the implementation of S&OP processes and the development of BI solutions to support planning and decision-making.

Recent responsibilities included:

  • Developing Power BI reports and dashboards, including data modeling and DAX calculations
  • Automating data processing workflows in Excel and Power BI
  • Supporting S&OP process implementation through data preparation and validation
