Jana is a senior finance executive and consultant with over 25 years of experience in executive and financial management, transformation, and integration for multinational organizations in technology, manufacturing, and telecommunications.

She provides hands-on expertise in delivering post-merger integrations, leading carve-outs, and managing finance operations across multiple jurisdictions. Jana is recognized for her resilience, leadership of multicultural teams, and combining rigorous compliance with pragmatic solutions.

Jana led multi-site finance and legal integration for CommScope corporations in Czechia, including spin-offs, mergers, and future divestiture planning.
She set up and managed shared service centers of 20+ heads in Brno and India supporting EMEA-wide finance operations.

In CommScope and Silicon Graphics she delivered successful SAP and Oracle ERP implementations and process standardization for finance teams across Europe.
She negotiated and executed complex collective bargaining agreements in manufacturing environments for 20+ years for up to 1.600 employees.

She supported labor relations, compliance, audit and statutory reporting for 3-4 legal entities during transformation cycles (annual revenues up to US$250m).
At Silicon Graphic (SGI), she performed due diligence and creditworthiness assessments of clients for financial and operational leasing. She also participated in the preparation of bids for government contracts.
