
Jesse Ronquillo
Jesse has extensive experience in Business, Sales and Marketing Strategy, Structural Transformation and Efficiency. His career has taken him through Telecommunication, Chemical Industry, Biotechnology, AI and System implementation, Defence Industries.
He managed Business functions ranging from manufacturing sites, owning planning, purchasing, sales teams, finance, and operations. Key challenges included reduction of inventory and supplier selections, sales and marketing communication and productivity, pricing, implementation of human and system to create structural improvement and better forecasting.
As Vice President at NCH, Jesse increased EBITDA and Staff Efficiency through creating structural efficiencies and integrating it with technology with systems . He was responsible for implementing and creating the management structure to execute and deliver results.
Jesse has also worked as a consultant for companies such as Executive Sales Director for Telefonica O2 and Ernst and Young.

- Implementing AI strategies into the reporting structure of companies such as Elevelo.
- Mapping out, Identifying Pain Points and Offering Solutions on Sales Communication, Pricing and Management of Pricing, Product Development and Sales Structures.
