Marie has wide experience in global distribution, transportation, logistics, warehouse operations & coaching of teams or individuals. Her main background is Telecommunication and Electronics industry.
As a Director of EMEA Distribution Centres in CommScope (Telecommunications) she was specifically responsible for EMEA distribution centres which she ran as a 3PL or managed directly. She also ran logistics & distribution linked to production plants using Lean/Kaizen principles supported by coaching methods. Her main focus was to align the teams or individuals to achieve costs saving goals supporting company strategies.
In Flextronics (electronics) Marie was Manager responsible for transportation, customs, warehouse & plant distribution.
Marie has been working for global corporate companies for the last 24 years. Her reporting groups reached up to 240 people.
