We hosted a focused SMR Supply Chain Priming Initiative Workshop in Budapest, bringing together leading 🇬🇧 UK innovation institution as well as partners from 🇺🇦 Ukraine and 🇨🇿 Czech Republic. The workshop aimed to strengthen understanding of SMR supply chain requirements, enhance industry readiness and build the foundations for long-term cooperation.
The initiative is funded by the FCDO Ukraine Resilience Energy Security Programme and delivered by UK innovation agency in close collaboration with Rolls-Royce SMR, Pacellico and Centre for Information, Analytical and Technical Support for Monitoring of Nuclear Energy Facilities, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
At the workshop a number of companies gained direct insight into standards, culture and performance expectations that define the UK nuclear supply chain environment.
Together we are strengthening energy security and creating shared industrial opportunities that will benefit 🇬🇧 the UK, 🇺🇦 Ukraine and 🇪🇺 Europe.
