Marcus serves as a contract engagement leader for Pacellico in North America. He has two decades of experience in the federal contracts space, with deep roots in the Department of Defence, Department of State, and Homeland Security. Following his military career, Marcus served as a strategy and operations management consultant in the mid-market technology space and later headed the US-based M&A unit for KSM Consulting (now Resultant).
In roles as varied as Senior Director for Planning, Europe and Africa; CIO for a $1B-per-year auto parts manufacturer; and President of a family-owned restaurant group, Marcus has developed particular expertise in synchronizing efforts in time, space, and purpose, especially at the overlap of operations and supporting technology. Often filling CIO and/or COO roles during challenging acquisition efforts, his experience in change management, risk assessment, and organizational resilience ensures that efforts are synchronized across all functional areas of the organization.
