Tamas has over 15 years of experience as a senior manager in the online industry. He established and managed the operations of a local company on the Hungarian market. He recruited and built a strong team of sales representatives, whose performance resulted in a steady annual revenue growth of 20%.
Besides business and marketing duties he took over the responsibilities of the data analytics part of the business, such as setting up KPIs, pricing, creating budget, competitor analysis, and managing a number of digital initiatives, transformations and improvement programs to increase efficiency and effectiveness in key processes.
Tamas holds a degree in Economics from the University of Corvinus in Budapest.
Since joining Pacellico he was involved in multiple projects focusing on end-to-end supply chain analysis and Sales & Operations Planning.
